A got quite a few messages about susceptibility yesterday, so I thought I’d expand on that a bit more.

I'm working on the FAQ section of my website and I've gotten a few questions about detox protocols. Here are my thoughts in a video that's probably too long, BUT I think this is an important topic. In addition to my preference for ONE remedy at a time over a detox protocol, I also encourage my clients to develop habits that stimulate natural detox: stay well-hydrated, eat as cleanly as possible, and get some good lymphatic drainage through things like massage and using a rebounder or vibration plate.

My website is live! It’s just a landing page with basic information for now, but more information is coming soon. I’ll also be working on a mobile version (this is a desktop version). I’m anticipating being able to take bookings starting on September 1st.

I am often asked, “Can homeopathy help with . . . ?” The answer is almost always yes, whether the issue is acute or chronic. Acute issues include things like colds/coughs, flu, ear infections, UTIs, rashes, burns, injuries, post-surgery recovery, etc.. My daughter recently had a UTI that was completely resolved with homeopathy alone. Chronic issues are things you’ve lived with for a while: allergies, asthma, autoimmunity, migraines, hormonal imbalance, you name it. I have posted about my daughter’s recovery from an autoimmune disorder through homeopathy. It is a powerful tool for both acute and chronic issues.
